Good Conversation......

First, let me start by saying that I am not a licensed therapist or a doctor with a mental medical degree. I am an expert on my life and I would like to share with you all how I was able to  get an understanding of self fulfillment and a life of happiness! 1.   Realize that you can control your own happiness! If all that existed in the worl d as we know it should perish, what would save you, what would keep you thriving?! 2.  Take advice as friendly suggestions, not an outline on how to live your life! When we have close friends and family we look to them for advice about many things. But there is nothing worse then screwing up all the time, because we cannot make our OWN decisions! 3.  Choose your battles wisely! I have never seen a person who picked and picked and kicked and screamed, get anything but a pacifier and diaper change!  A person who realizes their peac...

As moms, moguls, divas, entrepreneurs, wives or just us plain Jane's; we are busy as women of today. We often take very little time for ourselves. Whether its taking care of kids, event planning or getting ready for a power meeting we have almost no time if any to take a deep breath and clear our minds. I have come to the conclusion that without out a meditation session or just a day of home stay can leave us near our wits end or even worse, post nervous breakdown. Take a break , listen to your body when it tells you that you need to rest. Listen to your mind when you start to ramble your thoughts. Its  OK , especially since in order to conquer all that you dream of, you must be sane, of appropriate health and fired up to do it all....so "I say love yourself enough to enjoy a little of YOUR life". till Next time! I guess the real deal about being a parent is that its an experience! You get better with time! I really don't know anyone who can say that they started out as an expert parent! We all have to start some where! Ohh, poor first child Jk...lol Any who just sharing my time with Jr and how I was his accomplice in taking over the world! MUhahahaha...in my evil voice~~~ lol
